Torchlit Dungeon – Get it free!

I’ve uploaded a pair of dungeon boards ‘Torchlit Dungeon 1&2′ at Drivethru

You can get Torchlit Dungeon 1 for free, so if you want to try it out and see what you think, you can download it from here.

Torchlit Dungeon 1

Torchlit Dungeon 1 matches up with Torchlit Dungeon 2, so you combine them and make a super-dungeon.

The picture below shows how they can be matched up to make a 20 x 20 board.

I’d love to hear what you think of these two maps.

Update to the earlier maps

After releasing my first 6 maps, I went back and reconsidered how I was dealing with walls. Originally I had just denoted them with black lines, but I tried a few new ideas and have updated them all now with walls – you can see the sort of style below.

I’m pretty pleased with the new look, and so I’ve updated the existing maps, and all new maps will have the new look.

Graveyard and Catacombs!

A new map available at DrivethruRPG – this time it’s a graveyard and catacomb complex – complete with tombs, graves and piles of bones – a perfect location for an encounter with the Undead!

Dark Mines and Overgrown Ruins

Two new dungeon maps for your adventurers to meet their doom in.

Dark Mines is perfect for exploring abandoned mining tunnels, with a combination of unlit chambers and torch-lit tunnels.

Overgrown Ruins consists of vine-filled ruins, possibly a long lost temple from a fallen empire.

Brand new dungeon tiles/maps!

We’re pleased to announce that our first 4 dungeon floorplans/gameboards are online now at DriveThruRPG.

We play a custom version of Heroquest, and after creating these boards for our own use, figured other people may enjoy using them too. The boards are produced in Photoshop, and come at 300dpi, so you get plenty of detail.

The first 4 are:

Greystone Dungeon 1 – a classic grey coloured stone dungeon layout, with corridors and rooms.

Greystone Dungeon 1

Greystone Dungeon 2 – a different layout to Greystone Dungeon 1, which can be combined to make a huge playing area

City Sewers 1 – dank sewers, flooded chambers and mossy cobblestones

Medieval City 1 – alleyways, houses and inns for a wide variety of RPG encounters.

You can find them all at DrivethruRPG

Please get in touch if you have any questions, or would like to suggest future maps/tilesets.
